Setting up

Three steps, about ten minutes.

    Install it on one computer

    Any PC or Mac at the site that stays switched on. It does not need to be the machine you print from.

  2. 2

    Enter your setup code

    Create an account, and the dashboard gives you a code. Type it into the app once.

  3. 3

    Send your first label

    Your printers appear automatically. Print a test label from the dashboard, or POST one from your own software.

About the security warning

Our installers are not yet code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen and macOS Gatekeeper will stop you the first time you run one.

Windows: choose More info, then Run anyway.

macOS: open it once and let it be blocked, then go to System Settings › Privacy & Security, scroll to the bottom and choose Open Anyway.
