Terms of use
The agreement between you and Refurbr Ltd, trading as Printr. Last updated August 2026.
1. What Printr is
Printr receives print jobs from your software and sends them to your label printers, through an agent you install on a computer at your site. You need a Printr account to use it.
2. What you may do
Install and run the agent on as many computers as your plan allows, for as long as your account is active. You may not resell it, rent it out, or pass it off as your own.
3. What you pay
Whatever the plan you chose says, billed in advance. Prices exclude VAT. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing them, and you can cancel rather than accept the change.
4. Your labels are yours
We claim no rights over what you print, and use it for nothing except getting it to your printer and showing you what happened. See our privacy notice for how long we keep it.
5. What we don't promise
Printr is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it printing and we cannot promise it never fails. We are not liable for labels that print late, print wrongly, or do not print. Do not rely on Printr as the only safeguard where a missed label would be dangerous or costly. Keep a fallback.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
6. Ending it
You can stop at any time by closing your account. We can end your access if you stop paying, or use Printr in a way that harms other customers. If we do, you keep everything you have already printed and can export your job history first.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
